Now it is time to dialogue together and to act to find solutions.

Kingfield Neighbors–if you missed last fall’s round of home energy workshops (and last spring’s too!) you can still attend the sessions that are occuring in other neighborhoods.  The workshop is still free to attend you still come home with lots of free stuff; KFNA is no longer covering the home visit fee of $30 but the only way to sign up for this visit is by attending the workshop so we still encourage you to do both steps!

Featuring Secretary of State Mark Ritchie

On Friday, October 22, we welcome Secretary of State Mark Ritchie to Early Mornings with Elizabeth!  Mark has been instrumental in safeguarding democracy and making it easier for citizens to participate in our democratic process by voting.  He has presided over high profile issues such as the 2008 U.S. Senate race recount and spearheaded change to make it easier for military personnel to vote.  The Secretary of State is a protector of democracy, and will have critical input on such controversial issues as Voter Photo ID and corporate influence on elections.
