Calling all face painters, caricature artists, temp tattoos, massage, clowns & more! The 3rd annual “46th Street Block Party” on 46th & Grand is Sunday, August 12, 12-6pm. This event is supported by the local businesses at that node including ColorWheel Gallery, Cafe Ena, King’s Wine Bar & Patisserie 46. This year’s event is a fundraiser to help build a new playground in Martin Luther King Park. We will have a carnival atmosphere with bouncy houses, games, face painting etc. The money raised, Kingfield Neighborhood Association will use towards the new playground. We are looking for creative people to volunteer or give us a good deal to raise money for a great cause & have a fun time too!
To get more information contact Tammy Ortegon at the Colorwheel Gallery at 612.823.5693 between 11 AM and 7 PM Tuesday through Saturday each week, or find and message Tammy via Facebook.
