Your handcrafted bowls can make a difference!

The Kingfield Neighborhood Association, in partnership with Nicollet Square* needs unique bowls made by local pottery artists to make our Empty Bowl fundraiser a success. The bowls should hold 2-3 cups and be of food-grade quality.

Donated bowls are filled it with yummy soups made by volunteers in the Kingfield neighborhood. Attendees make a donation and leave with the bowl as a reminder that many of our neighbors are in need of food and housing.

Bowls are needed by February 1st, 2013

All proceeds benefit Nicollet Square, a partnership between PORTICO, YouthLink, and HIRED to provide affordable housing and a supportive environment for young adults (ages 16 – 21) who have experienced homelessness or been in the foster care system. By helping youth in our community find stable housing and employment, we address the root causes of hunger.
