Saturday November 17, 1-3 PM at Dr. Martin Luther King Park
Come celebrate our multicultural community with food from around the world, music by Benjamin Pena, and participate in the creation of glass mosaics based on historical textile patterns of various cultures! All ages encouraged to participate, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The goal of the Mosaic Quilting Project is to demonstrate, through visual art, the diversity of cultures in our community and celebrate their shared public space at Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park.
