This month we will host a discussion of the 2010 U.S. Census with action steps for you to take in your own neighborhood. Come learn about the Census, why it is critical to the future of Minneapolis, and you can help make sure WE ALL COUNT!
What’s at stake? Minnesota’s share of Money, Power, & Information. $400 Billion each year and each at large seat in congress is allocated by the U.S. Congress based on this census count.
What’s going on? Update from the U.S. Census Bureau, The Minneapolis Complete Count Committee, and other key census partners within the community.
What’s your role? Educate and motivate your neighbors towards a complete count. Recruit Census Captains to reach Hard to Count Areas.
