As many of you are aware Representative Karen Clark has introduced House File 3821.  This bill is for the City of Minneapolis' Tax increment financing district duration extended, increment distribution provided, and neighborhood revitalization program governance structure changes.  In short, this is a way for NRP to continue functioning financially and neighborhoods to continue the excellent work helping their communities.
 

HF3821 will be heard in the House Taxes Committee on Monday, March 31st at 2:15p.m.  Please take this time to invite everyone you can to attend this hearing.  Let the Taxes Committee see the commitment of the neighborhoods and its residents.  Feel free to wear something that identifies you with your neighborhood, or better yet, NRP.
