After a rainy start to the week, Thomas and Sons were able to start pouring the concrete sidewalks today. The Nicollet Ave Phase 2 (32nd St to 35th St) walk around has been scheduled for 5pm on Thursday, June 28. If you’re interested, we will be meeting at the Lyndale Neighborhood Association office, 3537 Nicollet Ave.
The roadway work at the intersection of 35th and Nicollet is anticipated to start July 9th, weather dependent. This work will require that the intersection be closed completely. CenturyLink is currently working on replacing their manhole at the corner of 35th and Nicollet. This work results in a westbound lane closure on 35th St.
