The first So Alive was such a hit, we’re hosting a second! It’s a retro dance benefit for The Aliveness Project featuring pop, new wave, house & synth dance floor classics from the ‘80s and ‘90s! And this time, it’s on a Saturday night! All proceeds benefit The Aliveness Project, a community center for people living with HIV/AIDS, to support their move to the Kingfield Neighborhood at 38th & Nicollet.
So Alive 2.0 is hosted by KFNA, DJ FooLProoF and MC Cloud of Forever Young – a VFW Basement Dance Party and the return of Resurrection by djoctagone and supported by the Kingfield Neighborhood Association, Erik Brown Homes, The Lowbrow and Victor’s 1959 Cafe. Questions? 612.823.5980 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Many Kingfield Restaurants are offering So Alive 2.0 Specials on Saturday Nov. 9! Did you know that even moderate dancing burns between 350 – 450 per hour so be sure to have a bite to eat locally before the dancing begins (and you might as well have dessert too since the dancing goes until 2 AM!) Visit any of these great Kingfield hangouts and thank them for supporting the Aliveness Project and KFNA in putting on this big retro dance party! Get details here!
