Last chance! Tomorrow, Friday, April 23rd, is the final day for Minneapolis residents to order a $25 tree through the Minneapolis City Trees program.  There were exactly 108 trees (21 Kentucky coffee trees and 87 Redmon lindens) left for sale Thursday morning through the City Trees program.  If you know of anyone that still has not ordered a tree and has open space in their yard, please send this on to them or give them an encouraging call.  This is a great time for residents to get out ahead of the emerald ash borer and start the next generation of urban trees. Orders for trees can be placed at www.treetrust.org.
