Artists set the minimum bid for their own work. Opening bids cannot exceed $100.00 and we encourage artists to submit work with a minimum bid of $50, or less. Artists may opt to retain up to 50% of the sale or donate the entire sale to Kingfield Neighborhood Association who uses the proceeds from the show to create more public art, and community public art opportunities in Kingfield Neighborhood.  At the end of the event’s auction, the highest bidder on each piece wins that piece.
Art that is not sold at auction MUST be taken at the end of the event or picked up by arrangement within 7 days. Work not sold and left past this seven day period becomes the property of the Kingfield Neighborhood Association and will be stored, sold, or disposed of as, and when, the organization determines is appropriate.
All art sold must be paid for and removed by the end of the evening. Credit cards will be the preferred method of payment.  In the case that the artwork cannot be taken the night of the event, the buyer will have seven days to pick up the work and pay for it. All artists will be mailed a check for their share of the sale within 30 days of the event.
