Completed artwork may not exceed 36†wide, by 36†tall, by 18†deep (or a combination of larger than 3 feet x 3 feet). A maximum of two (2) pieces per artist is allowed. Please include your full name, address, phone number and email, the title of the work, and medium on the back of each piece submitted. Artists will set the minimum bid for the work. Initial bids cannot exceed $100.00 and we encourage artists to submit work with a minimum bid of $50, or less. Artists may retain up to 50% of the sale or donate the entire sale to KFNA. At the end of the event’s auction, the highest bidders win. Please note: The Kingfield Neighborhood Association reserves the right to refuse any work that contains language or imagery inappropriate for a family-oriented event.
Deadlines:
The deadline for registrations is Friday March 15, 2013. The registration form can be found here. This form can be emailed to or mailed to Kingfield Neighborhood Association, 3754 Pleasant Avenue South, MPLS, MN 55409.
Art Drop-off:
Art must be dropped off on Sunday March 17 or Monday March 18, 2012 at a time and location to be determined.  You will be notified of drop-off times via email to the address you provide on your Registration Form.
Promotional Materials and Comp Tickets:
