Also, as of 4/28/20, we have expanded capacity and that means that more essential service sites can sign up to receive masks, and scrub caps!
Kingfield Boomerang Bags and Boomerang Bags Minneapolis have set two online forms: One for Clinics, grocers  markets,  and other essential service providers to request masks, and one for Sewists (Sewing+Activists) to request supplies and arrange for the pick-up of completed masks to the clinics.Â
Clinics (and essential service providers) Sign Up Here!
If your clinic (not for individuals) needs homemade masks, please let our volunteer sewists know here:Â https://bit.ly/MasksforHealthClinics. We can now also accept mask orders from essential work sites including grocery stores, farmers markets, and other workplace locations that want to provide these to their employees.
If you are sewing masks, please use this link to arrange for a volunteer to pick up your completed masks and deliver them to a clinic. Please place masks in a plastic bag and write the number of masks on the bag in Sharpie (so they don’t have to be recounted). You can also request more supplies to be dropped off.Â
