Two classes of the September Thursday evening classes are taught by Mary who is a personal chef, culinary teacher and demonstrator, and a master preserver through the U of MN Extension Service: Canning with Confidence and Fun with Fermentation. You can also take advantage of the entire series of preservation classes at one low discounted price.
