Judges needed on March 3, August 11, and November 3, 2020. Paid positions, and paid training!
The City of Minneapolis has been working to get individuals registered as election judges so they can be trained in late January and be ready for the March 3rd Presidential Primary.
If you are interested in being an election judge register directly with the City at this link: http://vote.minneapolismn.gov/judges/APPLICATION. There you will give them your name and contact info, tell them if you want to volunteer your time or be paid ($17.15 per hour), and inform them if you want to work a full day or a half day. The City needs people of all races, languages, political parties, and areas of the City to serve as judges so please consider signing up to work.
Remember when they ask this: How did you hear about this opportunity? Answer Kingfield Neighborhood Association–CORE and KFNA will receive a financial stipend for your service.
2020 is already roaring down our throats and we all need to be about the work of upholding fair and impartial elections—so thank you to those of you willing to accept this responsibility and fill out your form today!
