A short statement about the upcoming election and potential actions in the coming days: Many of you have already cast your ballot and are looking forward to November 3rd. However, according to the high number of mail-in ballots across the country, it is very likely that the results of the election on November 3rd will not be known that day. If you are interested in when ballots can be counted in various states and when election results might be known in each please visit the following resource.
It is suggested by numerous organizations that you remain patient for the election results, and take some time to consider what your role is in society in this moment of massive social change. Shared with KFNA by our friends at Take Action MN, we would like to share the following resource with you from The Building Movement Project, which can help you reflect on your role, and the best fit for you in the weeks and months ahead. Every one of us can play a part in effecting social change and every one of us is needed to do so; figure out where you fit in.
Remember, KFNA will be available all day, election day, outside the park serving hot coffee and free conversation. Feel free to stop by and chat and we’ll be happy to discuss where you feel you best fit into this movement at this moment. We will also work to keep you updated in the coming weeks, about events and opportunities to express your  1st Amendment Rights to gather and protest, should those actions be needed.Â
