Pete Keely has submitted the following applications for a 5-story multiple-family dwelling with 47 dwelling units located at 4220-4230 Nicollet Ave:
- Rezoning the property at 4220 Nicollet Ave from the R2B Multiple-Family District to the OR2 High Density Office Residence District, and the property at 4230 Nicollet Ave from the OR1 Neighborhood Office Residence District to the OR2 High Density Office Residence District.
- Conditional use permit to increase the maximum height of a principal structure.
- Variance to reduce the minimum yard requirements along the east/front property line adjacent to Nicollet Ave.
- Variance to reduce the minimum yard requirements along the north and south interior side property lines.
- Site plan review.
