Make a Voting Plan, Kingfielders!

September 11, 2020 By Sarah

Please note: this information is for people LIVING in Kingfield in precincts 8-6 and 8-7.

KFNA VOTES_Final2020

This one-page, color coded, date sensitive document that will let you know how to vote in person or absentee, where to vote, and the deadlines and addresses are for various voting locations. It is a non-partisan piece rooted in the philosophy that when we vote we are engaging in making our society better by adding a diversity of voices and opinions. This year, we felt that people’s concerns with in-person voting due to COVID-19, heaped on top of concerns over absentee voting due to the pressures on USPS make it more important than ever that people know their voting options and make a voting plan.

If you live in another neighborhood and want to share this information with your neighborhood please reach out and ask for the editable version. We are also happy to help you verify your polling locations, if needed.

We need more neighbors to help distribute this handout so EVERYONE living in Kingfield gets a copy. If you want to help please email sarah@kingfield.org. When you respond please include your name, AND your street address; your email response should include this info: “My name is __________ and I live at  _________ (house #) of ______________ street/avenue.”  We will respond within 24 hours and let you know if we will drop off flyers, or if someone else is already taking care of your block. (This ACTION is complete–thank you neighbors!)
