Southwest neighborhoods got a rough estimate in October as to how much money they can expect from the city over the next 10 years to fund things like housing improvement programs, youth activities and park improvements.
The short story is that Minneapolis’s 84 neighborhoods will be getting far less than they did over the past decade and ever farther less than they got in the 1990s. But that doesn’t mean all of the popular neighborhood programs will end in 2010. See link for full story.
