Two classes of the September Thursday evening classes are taught by Mary who is a personal chef, culinary teacher and demonstrator, and a master preserver through the U of MN Extension Service: Canning with Confidence and Fun with Fermentation. The other two classes are taught by Kingfield neighbor Marianna Padilla, who has been gardening in the neighborhood for over forty years and teaching organic vegetarian cooking for over 30: Preserving Your Garden: Freezing and Preserving your Garden: Dehydrating.
