MLK Park, 4055 Nicollet Avenue South, Minneapolis

Once again, the Kingfield Neighborhood Association will partner with MLK Park and co-host a free fun-filled night for all ages, with a new twist – this year, in addition to toasting s’mores around a bonfire and drinking apple cider while listening to our favorite storyteller, we will also have a spectacular performance by fire-breathers! We will be on the northern side of the building, just look for the fire pits - bring your chairs and prepare to be entertained!

Voting Day Volunteers

Tuesday, November 8th, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

MLK Park, 4055 Nicollet Avenue South, Minneapolis

Kingfield have you heard? KFNA will be back (101 feet back, in fact!) at MLK Park on Voting Day handing out fresh hot coffee and tea and treats donated by many of our fabulous local businesses including Blackbird Café, Butter Bakery, Five Watts Coffee, Pat’s Tap, Sun Street Breads, The Lowbrow, Grand Café, Curran's, Bruegger's Bagels, Victor’s 1959 Café, + more!

Interested in volunteering at our non-partisan booth (or baking some extra treats for us to share with your neighbors?!)? Remember we are trying to offer a "thanks for voting" to upwards of 85% of Kingfield's 5000 voters (and that's a lot of coffee and cookies!) Sign up at tinyurl.com/z6evorj

To support this effort we could also use donations of a few items, ideally permanent donations, but if no one is getting rid of these items right now we would borrow them day-of as well. We need: 1 outdoor fire pit, 1 large church-lady style coffee urn

If you have questions please send an email to sarah@kingfield.org.
