Rob Martin has been a dedicated member of the Kingfield Neighborhood Association Board since June 2024. He works as a data analytics consultant and is a proud advocate for liberal arts, holding an English degree from St. Olaf College.
A resident of Kingfield since June 2012, Rob values the unique blend of urban accessibility and small-town charm that the neighborhood offers. He appreciates how walkable and bikeable Kingfield is, along with its proximity to parks, schools, stores, and restaurants, all contributing to its character and history.
Some of his favorite local spots include MLK Park for outdoor recreation, The Lowbrow for their famous chocolate stout cake, Digs for last-minute gift needs, and Butter Bakery for delicious pancakes and breakfast sandwiches.
In his free time, Rob enjoys cross-country skiing in the winter, canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area during the summer, and bike riding year-round with his family—whether around the lake or mountain biking on the nearby single-track trails. A fun fact about Rob is that his birthday is easy to remember- it’s the date shown on the calendar emoji!
