Community Redevelopment Meeting regarding Housing Proposal at 3536 Nicollet
On Zoom: For the meeting code please email and put ‘3536 Nicollet Meeting’ in the subject line.
Kingfield & Lyndale Neighborhood Associations are hosting a community meeting regarding a new 196 unit housing development project being planned for 3536 Nicollet Avenue in the Lyndale Neighborhood. The Kingfield Neighborhood Association (KFNA) Redevelopment Committee and Lyndale Neighborhood Association (LNA) Housing Committee had the opportunity to review the developer’s proposal in mid-September. The committees are now hosting a special committee meeting via Zoom to allow interested neighbors to learn about the project and ask questions of the developers, Sean Sweeney and Jeff Hall of Hall Sweeney Properties. Neighbors and property owners within a block of the project have been notified by direct invitation.
Although it would be our preference to hold this meeting in person, due to COVID safety procedures and a lack of meeting spaces open that will allow for social distancing at this time, this virtual meeting will need to suffice. Please submit any project questions you have BEFORE the meeting so we can ask them, and the project architect, to cover these in the presentation. For questions, please email and put ‘3536 Nicollet Meeting’ in the subject line. [Read more…]
