Canceled –Kingfield Boomerang Bags’ March Happening!

Kingfield will be working to put kits together and deliver them to sewers to help pass the time in quarantine. We can also more quickly deliver pockets, if you have fabric at home that you can use. Fill out this form and when we have materials ready we will contact you to figure out how to make a delivery to your home.

*****

Kingfield Boomerang Bags is part of a larger international, volunteer-fueled project focused on making and distributing reusable shopping bags. Bags are given away free for people to reuse over and over, or to borrow and return the next time they shop.

Each month on the 3rd Tuesday from 6–9 PM, we meet at the new Kingfield-Lyndale community space at 3537 Nicollet Ave South. The format is casual, so drop in for as much time as you have free. Bring your own machine if you are a sewer, or just show up and help iron, cut, and pin. Stay in touch with the group via Facebook.
