Kingfield Family Playdate: Another Snow Day!

Let’s take advantage of all that snow again: sledding, snowman making, snow paint and hot chocolate! We will be outside near the playground and if weather is bad we will move indoors for some fun with balls, scooters, and hula hoops.

Join the KFNA Family Engagement Team the first Saturday morning each month in a fun activity at MLK Park. Questions? Contact KFNA Board Member .

Ward 8 Neighborhood 2020 Conversation

Hosted by the Lyndale and Bryant neighborhood groups

Since 2016, NCR has been meeting with community leaders, neighborhood organizations and elected officials about the role that the neighborhood organization system and NCR should play in meeting the needs of our growing city in 2020 and moving forward. This project is called Neighborhoods 2020. The Neighborhoods 2020 Framework Recommendations is a policy document that outlines the recommendations from these meetings, with input from three work groups, and is now open for public comment through March 31, 2019.

Ward 8 is invited to meet with the Bryant and Lyndale neighborhoods and Councilperson Andrea Jenkins to understand her position on the Framework and the role of neighborhood organizations in the work of the City of Minneapolis.

Questions? Contact Brad Bourn, Lyndale Neighborhood Association
