The “Lakewood Harriet Projects” neighborhood meeting will be hosted by Public Works. Neighbors should have received an assessment and a project description in the mail.

Our Feb 28th Community Voices “What should be the name of our school?” event is fast approaching and we now have five finalist possible new names for Ramsey Middle School to discuss that evening.

The annual KFNA board elections are approaching, and on Wednesday, February 22nd, nominations for board members will be taken from the floor at the meeting. Come take a chance that what is available will be good and acceptable! Some folks have already decided they want to run for the board of Directors: read their Bios at the FB event page. Also, all Kingfield neighbors will be asked to vote on amending the KFNA by-laws, but most importantly, the KFNA annual meeting is a time for neighbors to come together and celebrate Kingfield!

Proposed Bylaw Change in Section 4D related to Vacancies Among Directors.

…. A Director appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold office for the remainder of the unexpired term of his or her predecessor and until his or her successor shall be elected and qualified or may be appointed to serve a 2^nd year if the term remaining is shorter than six (6) months.
