Thank you to everyone who attend and helped clean up Kingfield. We counted over 120 volunteers who came to MLK Park to help out on April 19. That’s A LOT of trash and recycling we were able to collect. Thank you to the City of Minneapolis for doing extra pickups, and our friends at Spirit Garage for hosting a BBQ for our generous volunteers.
We hope to make neighborhood cleanups happen more frequently. Please reach out to if you are interested in organizing or participating.

KFNA’s annual meeting will feature board elections, presentations, organizational updates and more
Wednesday, May 8, 7–8:30 PM

The purpose of this meeting is to elect 7 of the 13 volunteer directors to the non-profit board that oversees the operations of the Kingfield Neighborhood Association. The meeting provides an overview of the past year’s accomplishments, and an election by paper balloting of nominated people, both residents and up to three business representatives. Board members serve a term of two years.

The 13th Annual Kingfield Empty Bowls event will take place on “Soup-er Bowl” Sunday, February 11, 2024. Once again, we welcome our community to come together to fight hunger and homelessness in our area while sharing a delicious meal and lively conversation.
The first planning meeting for the 2024 event is Wednesday, October 4, at 6:30 PM at Judson Memorial Baptist church (41st and Harriet Ave. S.). If you want to donate or participate, simply reach out to me at .
